New opportunity has become available as Chef de Cuisine with this luxury hotel group based in Johannesburg North.

  • As Chef de Cuisine you will be leading culinary teams across multiple high-end outlets, overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, & presentation standards
  • Reporting into the Executive Chef developing innovative, seasonal menus aligned with brand identity, maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, & HACCP compliance
  • Manage kitchen staffing, training, & performance to build a high-performing brigade
  • Control food costs, optimize inventory, and minimize waste while maintaining premium standards

  • Requirements:


  • This position is not open to expats
  • Minimum Executive Sous level experience supervising multiple outlets
  • Luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant group background
  • International exposure advantageous
