Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all tasks within kitchen section.
- Prepare cook and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene sanitation and food safety practices in line with HACCP requirements.
- Train mentor and guide commis chefs to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assist the Executive Sous Chef with menu development stock control and efficient workflow planning.

- Strong culinary knowledge and proficient cooking techniques in the assigned section.
- Excellent understanding of food safety hygiene standards and HACCP practices.
- Competency in portion control presentation standards and recipe adherence.
