Contract: 44 hours per week, Back of House.
Job Details
Job Type: Full time & Part Time available. Mostly daytime hours. Full Time / Flexible Contract.
Salary: £29,741.40 + Tronc.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food to a high standard in any area required by the senior chefs.
- Assist in any extra functions.
- Provide a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.
- Assist in the training of junior staff.
- Ensure smooth running of daily operations.
- Maintain hygiene and personal hygiene checks.
- Adhere to staff food standards.
- Control waste.
- Ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy.
