Opportunity Description
A successful small hotel company that has an excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a small team of 4 chefs at one of their properties. In this role of Chef de Partie you will not only prepare dishes for the quality brasserie restaurant at the property, but you will also have the opportunity to move around the different sections of the kitchen. The hotel caters for private dining, events, weddings and is also a popular venue for afternoon teas. The menus are created using fresh ingredients and are changed regularly to reflect the seasons.
Requirements:
An experienced Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have a proven track record working in quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
