Prepare and execute dishes in accordance with BOP's recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. Maintain consistency in food quality, flavour, and plating during both preparation and service. Assist with the preparation of house-made ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and other components with care and attention to detail.
