Opportunity Description
Chef de Partie – Da Costa, Somerset
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to serve as an integral part of our open‑fronted kitchen team at Artfarm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a kitchen section, preparing and delivering high‑quality food for Da Costa, Roth Bar, outside catering and events, and working closely with the Head Chef to develop our menu.
Responsibilities
- Lead a kitchen section in an open‑fronted kitchen environment
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality food for Da Costa, Roth Bar, outside catering and events
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create, develop and maintain an inspiring menu
- Ensure the use of fresh produce from our onsite farm and walled garden
Remuneration & Working Hours
- £37,500 – £40,000 per annum (includes Tronc: £31,200 base salary plus estimated service charge)
- 45 hours per week
