We are seeking a motivated and reliable Chef de Partie to join our large, well‑established catering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality meals in line with service and Company standards.
• Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times.
• Support senior chefs with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
• Assist with stock control, food rotation, and effective allergen management.
• Work efficiently across all shift patterns to ensure smooth service delivery.
