Opportunity Description
JOB SCOPE:
A Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented according to standards. They supervise commis chefs, maintain food quality and consistency, control stock and minimize waste, and ensure proper hygiene and safety practices. They also coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to support smooth kitchen operations and efficient service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen.
- Prepare basic food costing
- Kitchen Schedule
- Supervise and train team members to perform and achieve the Company’s standards
- Prepare mise en place and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize waste
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes
