Start: ASAP

Rota: working 5 out of 7 days per week, 40 hours per week

• Breakfast shift will be 06:00-14:30
• Afternoon shift will be 12:00-20:30
• Events, you may be required to start later and finish between 21:00 and 22:00

• Chef Manager
• Head Chef - was on Master Chef Bake Off
• Pastry Chef - was on Master Chef Bake Off
• Sous Chef
• 2 Chef De Parties (CDPs)
• 2 Kitchen Porters

Note: The Front of House is run by a different management team, they are not the responsibility of the kitchen / catering team.

Volumes:

• 2-3 months of the year, the team will average around 50 covers in a day, minimum 20 covers
• Busy periods in comparison, you’ll be averaging 250 to 300 covers per ...
