Chef de partie - Daytime 9am to 6pm

Chef de partie Daytime 9am to 6pm Wednesday to Sunday) role is required for an establishment within a fresh food kitchen, it is all about the local seasonal produce plus the role will be daytime hours and you will be involved in launching a new menu within this venue. Chef de partie, 9-6pm need to drive.

The role
As a chef de partie you will work daytime hours and be responsible for the prep of the kitchen ready for service and then cook in service. They are opening late morning to late afternoon and closed evenings. This role will be including all the normal chef de partie duties but you will sometimes be working on your own in the kitchen.

Experience
We are looking for a Chef de partie from a fresh food background. This role will need good food hygiene, knife skills and passion for British local produce.
