We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at The Fish Hotel!
Set within the beautiful woodlands of our 500-acre estate, The Fish Hotel is a laid-back luxury retreat featuring the acclaimed seafood restaurant Hook (2 AA Rosettes), alongside vibrant lounge and bar spaces serving pizzas, small plates, cocktails and regional tipples.
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes, working as part of a close-knit, supportive brigade in a calm, well-organised kitchen.
