Under the guidance of Michelin starred Chef Louis Verstrepen from Restaurant Da Mimmo in Brussels, voted best Italian restaurant in Belgium, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie.

Your role in our kitchen

You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes within your station, following the standards set by the Head Chef.

You ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in every plate.

You maintain high levels of hygiene, organization, and mise-en-place.

You support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu execution and seasonal changes.
