V.Ships Leisure is looking for Chef de Partie on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts. The Chef de Partie is responsible to create the best culinary experience for the guests and crew, according to the culinary partners’ guidelines, offering them an outstanding service, through the preparation of a large variety of menus.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs, coaches, supports and supervises (with the Sous Chef) all direct reports.
• Must have excellent food knowledge and a full understanding of culinary terms.
• Must be able to read, understand, follow, and prepare company recipes by maintaining the quality and consistency in taste according to the instructions provided by the corporate office.
