Chef de Partie

We are looking for a great Chef De Partie to join our team. Our CDPs play an important part in the kitchen, working with the Head Chef, kitchen and Front of House teams to deliver great hospitality and experiences to guests and team members.

CDPs are passionate about their craft and responsible for all aspects of their section, delivering high quality and innovative food across the restaurant, functions and other outlets while maintaining profitability.

They maintain consistent standards of cleanliness, tidiness and food service and are engaged, motivated team members. CDPs work in any kitchen section, delivering function meals or private parties, start the day by setting up their station and finish by cleaning everything down.

We pay a fair wage, with hourly pay higher than government rates, plus 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – 100% of tips are retained by the team.
