What We Offer

We offer minimum 45‑hour per week employment contracts, and we are happy to discuss part‑time contracts to fit your individual schedule.

• Full‑time (45 hours per week) or part‑time contracts tailored to your lifestyle.
• Every hour worked beyond your contracted hours will either be paid or given back as lieu time.

What you’ll be doing

As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section – preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality Rosette‑standard food. You’ll use your passion, innovation and current trends to create new dishes alongside the Head Chef, and support/mentor any Commis Chef’s and Apprentices working alongside you.
