Chef de Partie

The Skellig Hotel, Dingle, Co. Kerry, requires a Chef de Partie for our busy kitchen.

You must have at least 2 years chef work experience for this position.



And experience in professional cookery.



Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Cooking food to order

• Helping the head and sous chefs on duty

• Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.



Job located at The Skellig Hotel, Dingle, Co. Kerry



Full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.



34,000 euro per annum salary.
