Opportunity Description
Chef De Partie – NEW OPENING. As a CDP, you will run a section within the kitchen and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities
- Running your section during prep and service.
- Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs.
- Maintaining hygiene, safety, and organisation.
- Supporting stock and waste control.
- Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes early shifts (6am starts) and late finishes at 10pm.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
- Experience as a Demi CDP.
- Passion for produce-led cooking.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Calm and team-focused approach.
Salary & Benefits
