We are currently hiring:

• Chef de Partie - Permanent & seasonal
• Breakfast Chefs - Seasonal (4 roles available)

These roles support our three distinctive hotel kitchens:

• Am Braigh at Bracken Hide Hotel
• Dulse & Brose at The Bosville Hotel
• Chargrill at Marmalade Hotel

While each kitchen has its own style and service rhythm, all roles may require flexibility to work across sites, particularly for breakfast service.
