Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie, for our client, an award winning restaurant in the Truro, Cornwall area. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast paced environment, from a luxury hospitality background, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.

The successful Chef de Partie will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, managing one of 4 sections, whilst being creative in sharing ideas on menu development.
