for a Chef De Partie (Waterfall, Pastry) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of Italian pastries according to recipes and presentation standards.

  • Set up and organize the pastry section, ensuring all mise en place is ready for service.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry items.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.

  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen.

  • Assist in developing new pastry items or seasonal dessert menus.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients to ensure adequate stock.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support special events, banquets, and promotions.

  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any faults promptly.
