Chef Manager

Established western food Wow Wow West seeking Chef Manager to manage 2 outlet at ABC and Redhill market. We are seekingg a dynamic chef with good communication skills. You must enjoy talking to people as you would be dealing with different stakeholders from customer, landlord, govt agency such as SFA/NEA plus a pool of full and part time staff. This candidate must be comfortable in a hawker centre environment and it is a fast pace business. Good knowledge of HR policy and ease with computer usage to navigate different apps/social are an advantage.

Job description :

• Cook ( as part of operation, ensure QC )
• Food prep / production
• Hire & Fire ( HR function to interview, train and place)
• Customer service ( service recovery, damage control)
• Ensure stall hygiene, cleanliness
• Involve in proposal of new menu and items
• Business development
