We're on the hunt for a Chef to join us in our residential rehabilitation / ABI service Devonshire house in Ardwick. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals for the residents, promoting health and well‑being.
- Produce meal plans and ensure the kitchen operates to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Check kitchen deliveries, take stock, and manage supplies.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff and support staff to enhance residents’ independent‑living skills.
- Lead the kitchen team and maintain food hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a catering or kitchen environment.
- Experience in health and social care settings.
