Park Hotel Maryborough is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our hospitality team in Maryborough, Victoria. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and presenting quality meals, supporting daily kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present meals in accordance with menu standards and customer expectations
- Plan menus and contribute to menu development, including seasonal and special menu items
- Estimate food and labour costs and assist with stock control and ordering
- Monitor food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation
