We are seeking a Chef to join our kitchen Team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre.

Embraced by one of the world's most beautiful locations, the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an enticing destination to introduce visitors to both the stunning natural beauty of the Daintree and the rich culture of the Kuku Yalanji people.
We are seeking an experienced chef to work on a casual basis within our Mayi Cafe. You will be reliable, trustworthy and will know your way around a commercial kitchen.

Key Duties:

• Day to day food preparation, cooking and service.
• Assist the Operations Manager as requested with coordinating kitchen activities including stock control, rotation, ordering, stock taking and more.
• To complete all duties on accordance with kitchen and service standard operating procedures.
