Salary: ($80,000 - $85,000 per year) + Superannuation

We are looking for a Chef to join our team on a full-time basis at our venue located at Shepparton VIC 3630

1. Contribute to menu development by creating recipes using local and seasonal ingredients, undertake costing and prepare budget.
2. Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labor, and overhead costs
3. Control and rotate stock, estimate supplies, undertake timely ordering ensuring costs stay within budget.
4. Inspect kitchen facilities and equipment to ensure operability, cleanliness and meeting safety standards. Arrange maintenance as required.
