Job Responsibilities- Prepare and execute high-quality omakase dishes with consistency and precision
- Handle premium seasonal ingredients including sashimi, sushi, seafood, and specialty Japanese produce
- Ensure freshness, quality control, and proper food handling standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and omakase counter
- Assist in menu planning, seasonal dish development, and ingredient sourcing
