Opportunity Description
1) Chef who has established experience in cooking authentic Sichuan and Cantonese cuisines which are meant for Chongqing skrewers Hotpot and Chinese restaurant.
2) Assist in the management of the kitchen in regards to the cleanliness and food hygiene
3) Able to assume most job scopes within the kitchen such as preparation, cutting, skewing and washing etc
4) Manage a team of kitchen staffs
5) Constantly creating new dishes to entice customers.
