Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff . To prepare authentic Chettinad cuisine, all varieties of Biryani . Experience in South Indian varieties of food - Prata, Idly, Dosa, Varieties rice, appam, pakora, vadai, all varieties of Chutney . Responsible to deliver food in a fast-paced as per customer requirement. . Willing to work in any shifts and rotational weekly offs. . Need to follow food health and safety procedures.
