Job Summary:
As a Chemical Blender / Operator, you will ensure all open orders are prioritized and completed in a timely manner as determined by management. Support the Plant Manager to establish and improve the process, procedures and policies for blending products. As part of the team, you are responsible to learn, understand, represent and contribute to Company policies, procedures and philosophies, including completing all assigned trainings as required. We are a customer service-oriented business and strive to meet our customer's needs in a safe and regulatory compliant manner; we need employees to think creatively and be able to be self-motivated to accommodate requests and always be professional under any circumstance(s).
