This role focuses on operating and monitoring coating machinery used to paint caps for consumer products in a clean manufacturing environment. You will handle the full process of mixing, measuring, and weighing paint, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining your own equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate coating machinery that paints caps according to established production standards and quality specifications.
+ Set up, start, monitor, and shut down machines safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
+ Troubleshoot machinery issues independently and make basic mechanical adjustments to maintain smooth operation.
+ Swap out paint buckets in the machinery as needed to support continuous production.
