What You'll Do At GALLO, we believe that great wine starts with great science. In this role you will perform advanced chemical, physical, and sensory analysis across a wide range of materials — from grapes and wines to water and incoming ingredients. You will use cutting‐edge instrumentation including GC‐MS, LC‐MS, ICP‐OES, and infrared analyzers, develop and validate new analytical methods, troubleshoot complex data, and ensure every result we deliver is accurate, timely, and legally defensible.
