Responsibilities:
To drive chosen segment technically – to become the expert for the addressed segments
To drive product development projects for the addressed segments
To perform day to day experiments, reporting and documentation
To manage R&D lab records and prepare lab reports
To present the project results to the leadership team
To co-ordinate with production team to scale up R&D batches
To co-ordinate with team to finalize the product specification
To provide necessary support to and team to enhance the sale of new products
To perform tests relative to the product development projects
To overview the benchmarking tests for the dedicated segments
