**Job Summary:**

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an advanced practice provider with chemotherapy experience to join an established Gyn/Oncology group in Nashville, Tennessee.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
+ Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
+ Work with physicians to monitor and maintain chemotherapy treatment plans
+ Act as liaison between the practice and the infusion suite
+ Women’s Health certification a plus
+ Gyn/onc experience a plus; hospital experience a plus
+ Responsibilities include admissions on the floor, postop checks, patient rounding
+ Inpatient, outpatient hospital clinic setting
+ Ability to work independently
+ Full time, M-F 7:30a-4:00p
+ Weekend call rotation 1:4
