**Job Description**

The **Chevrolet Assistant Manager, Field Performance** is a 7th level individual contributor role responsible for improving Chevrolet sales performance and customer outcomes through dealer performance program strategy, sales effectiveness initiatives, and practical application of AI-enabled process improvements. This role will report to the Chevrolet Sales Effectiveness and Customer Experience Manager.

This position applies deep professional knowledge, independent judgment, and broad cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver measurable business results across Chevrolet Sales Operations, field teams, and dealer-facing workstreams. The role is intended to align with GM’s Level 7 expectations for a fully qualified, experienced professional who operates with minimal guidance, exercises discretion on significant matters, and has meaningful operational impact across the function.
