Key Accountabilities
Oversee day-to-day Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, Parking, and Airport operations, ensuring consistent delivery of seamless, anticipatory, and personalized luxury service aligned with Peninsula Service Principles.Manage departmental payroll, staffing levels, and operating expenses in accordance with budget.
