As Chief Delivery Officer, you will own the end-to-end delivery execution of our customer implementation programmes across South Africa, the United Kingdom, and international markets. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as a senior delivery leader.

The role requires a strong operator rather than a conceptual strategist: close enough to the delivery detail to understand delivery reality, senior enough to lead through complexity, and disciplined enough to create accountability without creating unnecessary pressure or noise.

You will be accountable for:

• End-to-end delivery execution across the implementation portfolio – milestones, scope, and commercial commitments.
• Leading, maturing, and scaling a high-performing PMO and delivery management function.
