Our client

is seeking a Chief Engineer, Operations to oversee and enhance the security performance of metro and tram operations by monitoring contractor compliance, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring effective implementation of security standards, emergency preparedness, and information security requirements across all rail systems. This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
