Chief Engineering Leader — Malaysia & Singapore

Doka GmbH is seeking a Head of Engineering for their Malaysia and Singapore operations. In this full-time role, you will lead the Engineering department, ensuring high-quality formwork designs and solutions, while driving strategic initiatives in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, at least 10 years of experience, and strong leadership abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
