Chief Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end engineering lifecycle (design, engineering, installation & delivery) of complex control room projects

• Act as the highest technical authority for engineering decisions and approvals

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, utility regulations, and safety norms

• Manage key stakeholder relationships including PowerGrid, RLDCs, and utility clients

• Provide governance across multiple projects ensuring quality, timelines, and cost adherence

• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams

• Drive innovation, standardization, and adoption of advanced utility technologies (SCADA, EMS, DMS)
