About the Client

Our client is a highly disruptive AI-driven document automation SaaS platform that recently closed a £45M Series B funding round backed by tier‑one global VCs. They are preparing for rapid international expansion into the North American market and require a visionary leader to steer the ship.

The Role

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will inherit a highly capable leadership team and take full P&L accountability for the global business. You will be responsible for defining the long‑term corporate vision, scaling operational capabilities, driving enterprise market penetration, and leading future fundraising rounds or exit strategies.
