As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of this 200-acre industrial development, you are the primary architect of a strategic mini-ecosystem. This role requires a high-stakes leader capable of transforming raw land into a high-yielding, operationally seamless industrial hub. You will serve as the critical bridge between investors, government entities, and the blue-chip tenants who will anchor the park.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Vision & Execution

• Master Planning: Define and execute the long-term master plan for the 200-acre site, ensuring optimal land use and infrastructure layout.
• Market Analysis: Anticipate global and regional market shifts in logistics, advanced manufacturing, and last-mile delivery to maintain the park’s competitive edge.
