Our client is a Malaysian technology company operating in the eCommerce and fintech sectors. It is best known for its lifestyle Super App that offers O2O e-commerce, e-payment, and rewards solutions. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed entity and is currently expanding into digital assets (RWA tokenization) within Malaysia.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a CEO on behalf of our client, a Malaysian IT and eCommerce company (operator of a leading lifestyle Super App). The company is a subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed entity.
