Chief financial officer (cfo)

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on CFO to lead the finance function, partner with executive leadership and drive financial performance, governance and capital strategy within a growing EPCM and renewable energy‑focused organisation. This is a long‑term appointment for a leader who is committed to building and growing with the business.

Qualifications CA(SA) registered with SAICA – essential/non‑negotiable 10–15 years’ progressive finance experience, including 5+ years at CFO / FD / Head of Finance level Experience in construction, engineering, EPC/EPCM or renewable energy sectors is highly advantageous Proven experience in project finance, long‑term revenue recognition, and multi‑project environments Strong financial leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capability Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills (project finance experience essential) Experience with funding structures, DFIs, banks, and capital raising advantageous Willingness to be based in ...
