Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced banking Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations of Sezzle Bank (in formation). The CFO will be responsible for financial reporting, liquidity management, capital planning, asset‑liability management, accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, and the Bank's investment portfolio. This role reports to the Bank CEO and serves as a senior executive officer of the Bank.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the internal control environment is sound, sufficient, and well‑documented to substantiate effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain a system and control environment that meets audit standards and requirements.
• Maintain books and records and develop operational policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory law, regulation, guidance, and expectations.
