Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Drive the organization's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO and Board on business planning, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and capital allocation.
• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and expansion plans.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop profitability improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
