Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s IT and blockchain strategy to align with business goals
- Drive the adoption of cutting‑edge blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 technologies
- Oversee the development and integration of smart contracts, DeFi applications, and tokenized financial products
- Lead the design and maintenance of secure and efficient blockchain architecture
- Manage the development of crypto wallets, payment gateways, and digital asset management solutions
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect crypto assets and user data
- Ensure all IT operations align with Shariah‑compliant finance principles and global crypto regulations
- Lead and mentor the IT and blockchain development team
