Job Summary
The Chief Legal Counsel serves as the primary legal advisor to the Board of Directors and Senior Management. You will oversee all legal affairs, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation management, and contract negotiations, ensuring the organization's operations align with Philippine laws and industrial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert legal guidance to the CEO and Board on business expansion, joint ventures, and high-stake commercial decisions.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure the company adheres to SEC, PSE, and local government requirements. Act as the Corporate Secretary if required.
