Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on legal services to include commercial, corporate, governance, regulatory, litigation, and operational matters.
• Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead all legal and regulatory matters globally across traditional finance and digital asset sectors.
• Manage relationships with regulators, external legal advisers, suppliers, and public authorities to protect the company's interests in global multi‑asset trading markets.
• Collaborate with regional legal teams and global legal leaders to align on governance, policy, and risk mitigation.
• Drive timely delivery of legal workstreams, ensuring clear communication and follow‑through on complex and multi‑party projects.
