Chief Medical Officer (Lead Endocrinologist)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer / Lead Endocrinologist to join our premium wellness clinic. This dual‑focus role combines an active clinical practice with strategic leadership of the medical department.

• Medical Leadership & Administration : Act as the primary medical leader, oversee the clinical team, ensure the highest standards of patient care, develop and implement medical guidelines, protocols, and cross‑functional treatment plans (integrating endocrinology with cosmetology and aesthetic medicine), set, track, and manage team KPIs, resolve clinical conflicts, and continuously improve internal processes.
