We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & Director.
This is not a traditional administrative secretary role. You will act as the Director's strategic partner, ensuring that ideas become execution and that company priorities are aligned across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Director's strategic right hand.
- Translate business strategies into actionable execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across all departments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, executive reports, and board presentations.
